By default, chat appears on every page that has the embed code once Enable live chat is on. To keep it off particular pages, add data-chat="false" to the script tag on those pages:

When to use it
- A payment page where you don’t want any distraction
- Landing pages for a campaign with its own call to action
- Pages shown inside your own app

Visitors who already have a conversation can still reach it from other pages of your site or from your chat link.
