Your chat link is a full-screen chat page hosted by AskCub. It needs no code on any website.
Find your link
Open Live chat › Chat settings › Install. The Standalone chat page link looks like:
https://chat.askcub.com/YOUR_SITE_KEYIt uses the same appearance, greetings, AI agent and hours as your widget, and conversations land in the same inbox.
Where to use it
- Social profile bios and pinned posts
- Email signatures and order confirmation emails
- QR codes on counters, packaging, flyers and vans
- Business cards and invoices
- Places where you can’t add code, such as marketplace listings that allow links
Continuing on a bigger screen
Inside the website widget, visitors can choose Open in a new window to continue the same conversation on the chat page.
One inbox for both
Conversations started on the chat link and on your website arrive in the same inbox, with the same canned replies, AI agent and reports. In the inbox you can tell them apart by the page the conversation started on.
Make a QR code from the link with any QR generator and test it with your phone before printing.
