Step by step, for your platform

Copy your embed code from Settings → Install in the dashboard, then paste it where your platform allows custom code. The widget appears on the next page load.

01Embed code

One line, and you can switch it off without touching it

The embed code loads after your page is ready. Once chat is switched on in the dashboard, it fetches the small chat launcher on its own. Colours, welcome messages, the AI agent and turning chat off are all controlled from the dashboard.

Questions about installing

Is there a plugin for my platform?
You don’t need one. Every platform on this page uses the same one-line embed code, pasted where the platform allows custom code. There is nothing to update later.
Will the widget slow my site down?
No. The launcher is about 6 KB and loads after your page; the full chat window loads only when a visitor opens it.
Can I use AskCub on several websites?
Yes. Each website is a separate site with its own key, settings and widget, and you can list its allowed domains.
Do you integrate with WhatsApp or Shopify orders?
Not today. AskCub covers your website chat and a hosted chat link; we only list integrations that work now.
Which webhook events are sent?
New conversations, offline messages and conversation-quota alerts, as JSON to the address you set. Internal network addresses are not allowed.
