Paying yearly saves 40%. Every plan includes the AI agent, visitor insights, proactive messages, the shared inbox, reports and the chat link.
How usage is counted
- Agent seats are counted per site.
- Conversations and AI answers are totalled across all your sites each month and reset on the 1st.
- A conversation is counted when it starts. A visitor writing again within the reopen window doesn’t start a new one. Proactive messages nobody answers and pinned FAQs that are just opened don’t count.
- AI answers include answers written from documents, translations and draft generation. Exact Q&A matches don’t count.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrade from Chat plan & usage. New limits apply immediately. When you downgrade, keep in mind the lower history limit: older conversations beyond it are removed by the daily clean-up.
