Supported languages

Two-way translation works between any two of these 18 languages:

Simplified ChineseTraditional ChineseEnglish
JapaneseKoreanGerman
FrenchSpanishPortuguese
RussianArabicItalian
ThaiVietnameseIndonesian
TurkishDutchPolish

The chat window’s own buttons and prompts come in Chinese and English; the conversation can be in any of the languages above.

How it works when you send

Translation happens while your message is being sent, with a budget of about three seconds. Most translations arrive well within that.

If a translation fails

Your message is never held back. If the translation doesn’t finish in time:

  • the message is sent in the words you typed,
  • the inbox marks it “translation failed, original sent”,
  • you can rephrase or translate the next message by hand.

The same applies if AI isn’t available for your account at that moment, for example when the monthly AI answers are used up.

Tips for clearer translations

  • Write short sentences, one idea each.
  • Avoid slang and abbreviations (“asap”, “thx”).
  • Put numbers, dates and prices in digits.
  • For important details — prices, addresses, order numbers — check the visitor’s reply to confirm they understood.
